Wonky steering fix
Have you just driven your poor little car off the table onto your kitchen floor tiles? Theres a good chance your steering is screwed! I know mine was! Heres what you do to fix it...
- Open up your car carefully, try really hard not to snap anything. We want to get the front end cover off that protects the steering mechanism. You know you've got the cover off as the front wheels will come apart from the main chassie.
- You can remove the screw which holds the front cover on, its hidden under the PCB.
In between the 2 coils, there is a ceramic magnet, which is probably off center because of the fall, hence the crappy steering.
- All you need to do is re-center the magnet, give it a little dab of glue, and voila! Steering is fixed!
Have Fun!
