Cold Bug

The 'cold bug' is an issue with certain CPUs that causes them to fail to boot at low (usually sub zero) temperatures. This is currently a condition that afflicts AMD Athlon_64 processors which are being aggressively cooled with Phase-Change or liquid nitrogen cooling (see Extreme_Cooling).
