Everybody wants to get big, but ain't nobody wanna lift no heavy ass weights
Muscle Gain, this is usually achieved by exercising the muscles you want a gain in (strength and/or size), ways of effectively exercising muscles are using free weights (dumbels, barbels.....) machines, or just resistance exercises using body weight (push ups, pull ups...)
